Weekly Grocery Ad

More and more shoppers today spend their time looking for that elusive weekly grocery ad that will save them money. With the economics today, it is no wonder that more and more people are looking for these types to bring to their neighborhood stores. Collect enough of them and shoppers can save significant money. In some cases shoppers have saved more than half the cost of the food by using the contents of the store weekly ads.

Stores know this. They know that shoppers will be hunting for their particular weekly grocery ad. They also know that shoppers will compare the deals from one grocery store to another and in some cases, shop at a different store if the coupons are better. This is why the grocery ad and coupon business has gotten to be quite competitive. A week will not go by that shoppers won't find ads in their local papers and online (another twist to a tradition).

Sometimes the store will make it easy for the shopper and put out a weekly grocery ad or two which is not a coupon but rather just a cut in price. The shopper does not have to do anything except go to the store and buy the product. The discount will then be applied when checkout occurs. For many shoppers, these sales are the easiest for them. Additionally, some stores have loyalty cards that shoppers can present to get a certain percentage off their entire purchase. In some cases, these loyalty cards can be combined with the weekly ad for the most significant savings possible.

However, of all these, the weekly grocery ad is still the most popular. Grocery stores will put out their ad with a list of all the coupons they will honor for that week. In addition, shoppers will find two for one coupons and buy one get one free ads. It is just a matter of looking for them every week. Additionally, the store where the ad came from will not only honor other stores coupons but in some cases will give double the value of the coupon. This is usually true with manufacturer's coupons, not necessarily store ad coupons and discounts.
