Keeping a Tidy Home - A Daily and Weekly Cleaning Schedule

When you are busy working all day long, either at a job or caring for your children, the last thing you want to think about at the end of the day is cleaning your house. To help you overcome this dread and find joy in a tidy home, I have compiled a cleaning schedule that includes daily and weekly tasks. I find that when you do little chores each day as you go along, it makes the bigger jobs less daunting and less time consuming once a week. Keep this list somewhere accessible to help you stay on track.

Bi-Weekly Amortization Schedule - Why Half is Sometimes Better than Whole

People who are into a much more manageable way of paying off their mortgage will definitely benefit from a bi-weekly amortization schedule. This type of amortization schedule will go by more quickly than a monthly mortgage because if it is biweekly then the payment schedule is accelerated. You usually make 26 half payments in a year instead of 12 full payments. Should you decide to go for a biweekly amortization schedule, you will find yourself being able to compare the size, interest rate and number of years of biweekly mortgages against monthly ones.

It is then not very surprising to know that research and statistics confidently reveal that the demand for such an amortization program is indeed very outstanding. Such a side by side schedule of amortization can show you the dramatic interest when it comes to saving and speedier payoffs of frequent payments. The great results that this type of schedule shows are quite amazing. If you pay for your mortgage every two weeks, your dollar savings get compounded faster. It is also very simple to do this - you just need to input the normal mortgage information and the calculator will compute for you the biweekly schedule of payment.

WEEKLY

If you use a tool for your biweekly amortization schedule, you are open to a lot of benefits. You can easily see how much you get to save each time you pay. You can predict how soon you can pay off your mortgages. You can even see how much you get to save when it comes to pre-tax interest over the entire life of the loan itself. Overall, you can take better control of your financial responsibilities. When you do, you will be adequately informed about your financial status and will have an easier time talking to your bank manager about any kind of loan that you wish to apply for. Every time you get a mortgage, you should utilize the biweekly amortization schedule so you will always save money, pay off your loan and breathe easier.

So what are you waiting for? If there is something out there that you want but do not know how to get it, go for the biweekly amortization schedule. You have already seen how it can benefit you and make paying off your loan easier. This then will allow you to enjoy your loan in the present. Your wallet will thank you for it.

New Weekly Schedule Template

At the beginning of ever two week cycle, or at the first of the month in a thirty day cycle, employees will look to their weekly schedule template to begin planning their day to day activities around the times they have to work. Conventional scheduling strategies utilize a forty hour week, wherein each business day, or week day, is populated by a nine to five shift. Typically employees will be certain of their forthcoming schedules in these more traditional templates, and the standardized nature of their work schedule allows them to plan personal activities well in advance. Weekends are seen as sacred things, and that free short span of free time is often filled with personal errands that conflict with an employee's ability to truly enjoy their weekly relaxation time.

In a few small corners of the business world, weekly templates are prepared in a flexible manner. This creates a dynamic in regards to shift time and length, and employees are more likely to pay attention to their newest schedule. These flexible systems, sometimes referred to as 'compressed,' aim to shorten the workweek and increase the amount of days an employee has off, and even during the week. For example, an employee might work two eight hour shifts Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and have the rest of the week off. The next weekly template might have them working from Wednesday to Friday, or even on the weekends. These weekly schedule templates are much more difficult to create and maintain. However, the benefits to both the employees and their employer, not to mention the business itself, make these template innovations very desirable.

WEEKLY

First, the employer benefits from increased worker satisfaction. Where employees are allowed more and varying free time, the stress of a repetitious work week is altogether avoided. The compressed weekly template also forces the employees to work at different times and different areas, and the employer gets a healthy new perspective on which employees can handle different workloads. The increased involvement in weekly template scheduling also gives the employer a more familiar and intimate understanding of shift needs and employee tendencies.

The flexible weekly schedule template gives the employee a dynamic lifestyle, and allows them to avoid amonotonous lifestyle that can cause them to dread the work week. It also allows them to pay better attention to their schedule, and can give them a greater sense of responsibility to their work commitment. No matter your weekly schedule template, ensure that your system compensates for the needs of your business and its employees.

Here is a checklist to help you get through your weekly cleaning schedule. Having a checklist will lead to faster household cleaning as you won't have to backtrack or worry about what to do next. You can easily break this up, making Monday "bathroom day" and Wednesday "kitchen day" for example, to create a routine that works for you.
